Accessibility
Building access
Two ADA entrance lines are on the first floor at Hall A and Hall E. If you enter on the second floor and need to pick up credentials, elevators near the entrance take you down to the ADA Concierge Desk.
ADA Concierge Desk
Concierges are at the Box Office areas in Hall A and Hall E. They help with passes, accommodation information and on site resources, and issue the ADA Credential Sticker.
ADA Credential Sticker
Attendees with a mobility disability who plan to attend panels should collect this sticker at the Concierge Desk. It gives priority access to ADA seating in most panel and programming rooms. Seating is limited and not guaranteed.
ADA lines
Most high traffic entrances have ADA lines, including the exhibit hall entrances at Hall B and Hall D. Photo and autograph lines are widened and standardised across the show.
General Assembly seating
Limited ADA seating is available in most panel rooms. Floor level ADA access in the General Assembly depends on pass type. The floor line opens 30 minutes before start and closes 10 minutes before the panel begins, allowing one guest per entry, with no floor level re-entry after a panel starts. Additional ADA seating is on the upper level, reached by ramp, and stays open for the full programme.
ASL
All celebrity panels in the General Assembly and other selected rooms have an ASL interpreter. Interpreters can also help in photo and autograph lines. Request support through the ASL Assistance Request form on comicpalooza.com and an interpreter meets you at check in.
Service animals
Trained service animals are permitted throughout the venue. Emotional support, therapy and companion animals are not covered. Animals must stay with the handler, be up to date on vaccinations and not disrupt the event.
Sensory relief
A Quiet Room is on the third floor, room 380A near the south end, stocked with sensory relief items. Ear plugs are available at First Aid rooms on the first floor (Concourses A and E) and on the third floor near room 310.
Wheelchair access
The venue has automatic doors, ADA restroom stalls and elevators. Comicpalooza and the venue do not have rental wheelchairs; local providers such as Scootaround offer rentals and mobility scooters can be reserved in advance.
